低钼高铁纳米晶Fe-Ni-Mo合金电沉积工艺的研究

摘要 探讨了工艺条件及电解液组成对Fe-Ni-Mo合金组成的影响,得到制备低Mo高Fe含量纳米晶Fe-Ni-Mo合金的电解液组成和工艺条件.通过SEM、XRD和EDS对合金的表面形貌、微观结构的分析,结果表明:合金表面平整,结构致密,无孔洞及裂纹,晶粒属于纳米晶,晶粒尺寸为8.8nm(111).合金为FeNi置换固溶体,面心立方晶体结构,呈现很强的(111)晶面择优取向. The effects of the electrolyte compositions and technique conditions of electrodeposition on the components of the alloy were discussed. The surface morphology, microstructure and composition of the alloys were analyzed by scanning electronmicroscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffactometry(XRD). The results show that the Fe-Ni-Mo alloys are of nanocrystalline structure with the crystal grain size of 8.8 nm and present strongly preferred orientation of (111) plane. The alloy, FCC FeNi solid solution with Mo as pitting or cracking can be detected.
