电沉积镍-磷-纳米金刚石纳米复合镀层性能研究 被引量:4

Investigation of properties of electro deposited nickel-phosphorous nanometer diamond composite coatings

摘要 利用电沉积法制备了镍-磷复合镀层和镍-磷-纳米金刚石纳米复合镀层,对镀层的结构和形貌进行了表征,研究了热处理温度对复合镀层硬度、摩擦性能的影响.研究发现,与电沉积Ni-P合金镀层相比,镍-磷-纳米金刚石复合镀层具有较高的耐磨性和较低的摩擦系数,硬化峰值出现在673 K左右.另外,对纳米复合镀层性能改善的机理进行了讨论. The nickel-phosphorous composite coatings as well as the nickel-plusphorous nanometer diamond coatings are prepared by electro-deposition. The structure and morphology of the composite coatings is characterized. The effects of heat treatment temperature on tribological properties and hardness behaviors of the composite coatings are investigated. It is found after comparison to electrodeposited Ni-P coatings that the nickel-phosphorous nanometer diamond composite coatings exhibit not only high wear resistance but also low friction coefficient. The highest microhardness of the latter is obtained with heat treatment at 673 K. Basides, the mechanism of improvement of the tribological properties of the electrodeposited composite coatings are also discussed.
