摘要
以某轻型载货汽车为例介绍了一种动力总成悬置系统的优化设计方法。建立动力学模型和基于主惯性轴坐标系的计算模型,结合移频、解耦措施在悬置优化中的应用,建立了悬置系统多目标优化的数学模型,并运用MATLAB进行求解。优化后的悬置系统相对于原系统的隔振性能有了较大的改进。
Taking a light truck as example, a method of optimization of the engine mounting system was introduced. The dynamics model and computing model in primary inertia coordinate were set up. A multi-object optimization model was founded on the consideration of frequency-shift and decou-pling measure, and the problem was solved in MATLAB. It is shown that the vibration isolation of engine mounting system has been improved obviously.
