大城市交通是一个多级双向控制系统 ,本文首先提出城市交通可持续发展的目标 ,探讨了城市交通可持续发展的动力机制 ,然后以可靠度作为解藕参数 ,以成本作为协调参数 ,构造了大城市交通可持续发展的分级优化决策模型 ,并对北京市 2 0 15年交通结构进行了优化决策模拟。最后 。
This paper provides a target of sustainable development of urban transportation. The dynamic mechanism of sustainable metropolitan transportation is explored. Considering reliabilities as decomposition parameters, costs as coordination parameters, decomposition models for reliability optimization are constructed for the multilevel transportation system. And the optimal scheme of transportation structure in Peking City in 2015 is simulated out by the models. Moreover, the countermeasures of sustainable development of metropolitan transportation in China are also recommended.
