摘要 对中德两国教练员岗位培训体制进行比较分析。结果表明:中德两国教练员岗位培训在级别划分,组织机构,培训资格证的有效期、有效期延长,以及继续培训工作的管理方面有所差异。建议:可以借鉴德国教练员岗位培训与学历教育部分结合的模式,进一步完善教练员岗位培训合格证的管理制度,加强课程的科学化设置,合理安排不同级别教练员培训时间;明确责权,规范体系,考虑给予单项协会更多的自主权;进一步完善教练员岗位培训合格证的管理制度。 By performing a comparative analysis on Chinese and German coach post training systems, the authors revealed the following findings: there are differences in coach post training between China and Germany in terms of rating classification, organizational structure, effective period of the certificate of training qualification; prolongation of effective period, the management of the continued training job. The authors proposed that the German mode of partially combining coach post training with degree conferred education can be referred to in order to further perfect the system of management of the certificate of conformity of coach post training, strengthen scientific set- ting up of curriculums, rationally arrange training time for coaches with different ratings, specify responsibilities and power, standardizes systems, consider to give single event associations more decision-making power, and further perfect the system of management of the certificate of conformity of coach post training.
