摘要
讨论中、日、英、德、澳五国教练员岗位培训模式，对构成培训模式的主要因素进行对比研究，揭示培训模式中的内在联系，反映教练员岗位培训发展趋势。
It is discussed in the paper that the models of coache's qualification training in Japan,Great Britain,Germany,Australia and China.The comparative study on the key factors in the modelswas carrved out in order to reveal the internal relationship among the models,and to reflect thedeveloping trend of the coach' s qualificatlon training in the world.
