稳定剂对污水聚合物溶液性质影响

摘要 大庆油田开发产生了大量污水,采用污水配制聚合物溶液是油田开发和环境保护的必然选择,污水中所含电解质和微生物将对聚合物溶液的粘度性质产生影响。利用厌氧和流动实验装置以及理论分析方法,就稳定剂对污水聚合物溶液黏度和渗流特性影响进行了研究,并就厌暴氧环境和剪切作用对稳定剂作用效果的影响进行了实验研究和机理分析。结果表明,稳定剂可以改善污水聚合物溶液黏度和渗流特性,稳定剂在暴氧环境中的作用效果要好于厌氧环境,剪切作用对稳定剂作用效果影响不大。稳定剂的交联和杀菌作用是其改善聚合物溶液性能的主要机理。 Preparation of polymer solution with produced water is a consequent after extensive popularization of polymer flooding., and viscosity and flow properties of polymer solution with produced water are main factors impacting oil displacement effectiveness of polymer solution with produced water. Using anaerobic and flow experimental apparatus and theoretical analysis methods, this paper conducts a study on the effect of stabilizer on viscosity and flow properties of polymer solution with the produced water, and performs experimental study and mechanism analysis on the effect of anaerobic and aerobic condition and shear action on stabilizer action. Results indicate that stabilizer can improve viscosity and flow properties of polymer solution with produced water, effectiveness of stabilizer under aerobic condition is better than that under anaerobic condition, and shear action has not much effect on effectiveness of stabilizer action. Chemical bond association, bactericidal action, and carbon free radical action are the main mechanisms for stabilizer to improve performance of polymer solution.
