摘要
进入近代,西式马车、人力车、火车、汽车等新式交通工具先后传入南京,新式马路、铁路、公路等交通基础设施相继修建,近代南京公共交通应运而生。近代公共交通的发展带来了城市空间、城市管理、人口流动、市民生活等诸方面的改变,对南京的城市近代化产生了重要影响。
Since modem times, new style transportation vehicles such as the western-style horse-drawn vehicles, human-drawn carts, trains, and automobiles have successively spread to Nanjing, and new style transportation infrastructures such as streets, railroads, and highways have been constructed one after another, which has led to the appearance of the city＇ s modem public transportation. The development of the public transportation has brought changes in city space, city management, population flows, and residential life, playing an important role in the modernization of Nanjing.
