摘要
高职初等教育专业人才培养模式的构建要以就业为导向,准确定位人才培养目标,坚持走产学研结合的专业改革发展道路。课程设置要突出小学教师职业特点,强化学生职业技能训练。要改革教学方法、手段和考试方式,强化学生能力的培养。要强化实践教学环节,培养学生实际动手能力。加快"双师"素质结构的师资队伍建设,以促进专业教学团队建设。
Constructing talents＇ training mode for higher vocational elementary, educational major should be oriented with employment. It should accurately clarify talents＇ training goal, and stick to the road to professional reforming development of production-teaching-research combination, Curriculum setting should stress the occupational character of primary school teachers, and strengthen students＇ vocational skills training. Teaching method and exam form should be reformed for strengthening students＇ ability training. Practical teaching link should be strengthened for training students＇ practical working ability. Teaching staff construction of double-quality structure should be quickened for promoting the construction of professional teaching team.
