摘要
目的观察鼻敏口服液联合微波治疗变态反应性鼻炎的疗效。方法2005年10月～2006年9月在门诊确诊为变态反应性鼻炎40例患者予以鼻敏口服液联合微波治疗。结果40例变态反应性鼻炎患者通过鼻敏口服液联合微波治疗后3个月、6个月、1年、2年，症状改善的总有效率分别为95％、92．5％、85％、77．5％。结论鼻敏口服液联合微波治疗变态反应性鼻炎疗效肯定，且以近期疗效为著，远期疗效尚不确定，值得临床应用和进一步探讨。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Bi- min oral liquid in allergic rhinitis. Methods 40 cases of allergic rhinitis diagnosed at the outpatient department from Oct. 2005 to Sep. 2006 were treated with the Bi - min oral liquid and microwave. Results The total effective ratio at the end of 3rd. 6th. 12th. and 24th month after treatment was 95%,92.53%,85%, 7% 5 % respectively. Conclusions Bi - min oral liquid is definitely effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
