MgO替代NaOH的杨木PRC-APMP过氧化氢漂白 被引量:2

摘要 针对NaOH作为碱源的预处理盘磨化学处理碱性过氧化氢机械浆(PRC-APMP)漂白过程中存在的一些问题,考察了使用MgO在二段化学预浸段和高浓停留段以不同比例替代NaOH进行漂白后对浆张白度、抗张指数以及漂后废液中化学需氧量(CODCr)含量的影响。实验结果表明:在杨木PRC-APMP过氧化氢漂白过程中采用不同比例的MgO替代NaOH,漂后的浆张白度与未替代相比变化不大;抗张指数随替代比例的增加呈下降趋势;二段化学预浸段和高浓停留段废液中CODCr含量随MgO替代NaOH比例的增加呈下降趋势。 In this study, the different substitution degrees of magnesium oxide for sodium hydroxide were investigated in the second impregnation stage and high consistency retention stage during PRC-APMP (preconditioning refiner chemical treatment alkaline peroxide mechanical pulp) bleaching process, in order to solve the problems due to the sodium hydroxide as the alkali source during the traditional PRC-APMP bleaching process; and some factors were studied, including the brightness and tensile index of bleached pulp, chemical oxygen demand (CODCr) content of the effluent, etc. The results showed that similar pulp brightness could be attained during the peroxide bleaching of aspen PRC-APMP through different proportions of substitution of MgO for NaOH. Both the tensile index of bleached pulp and CODCr content of effluent from the second impregnation stage or high consistency retention stage decreased gradually with the increase of the substituted proportion of MgO for NaOH.
