摘要
研究了新型全数字电动舵机控制系统的设计问题,针对某型无人机的特点以及对舵机的高性能要求,设计了一套基于DSP的数字舵机控制系统,同时分析了其结构组成、控制方案、控制器软硬件设计等问题;该系统以无刷直流电机作为伺服电机,采用三闭环的控制策略,实现舵面位置的高性能跟踪;实验结果表明,基于DSP的舵机控制系统具有良好的位置跟踪性能,该控制系统起动快速、稳定;采用TMS320F2812控制芯片后,不仅简化了系统外围设备,降低了系统的功耗,而且提高了系统的准确性和实时性,该系统可以作为某型无人机的舵机控制系统。
This paper studied the design of fully--digital electromechanieal rudder. In the paper a set of fully--digital--signal servo system for the UAV rudder is designed at the high accuracy request and its structure, control method, the hardware and software are designed. This system with brushless DC motor as its drive adopts three--loop control strategy to achieve the aim at high accuracy position trail of rudder. The experimental results indicate that the control system of rudder based on DSP start fast and stable. This control system has the characteristics of simple structure, high dependability, and can be used in the UAV rudder.
