摘要
采用电瓷作为外绝缘,特高压换流站±800kV户外直流设备爬电比距一般需要54~66mm/kV,同时考虑绝缘子伞间距的要求,此时绝缘子高度将达到约15000mm以上。研究表明,应用15000mm高的电瓷支柱绝缘子需要采用多支并联的复杂结构,从产品设计和工程设计来看其技术方案均极不合理。因此,外绝缘采用合成材料是±800kV户外直流开关场设备的必然选择。文章针对±800kV户外直流开关场对支柱绝缘子外绝缘和机械性能的要求,研究分析了采用表面涂覆RTV电瓷支柱绝缘子的可行性及设计方案。
Using electric porcelain as external insulation,the outdoor ±800 kV DC equipment of UHV converter station normally require a 54~66 mm/kV creepage distance.In the mean time,considering the clearance between insulator disks,insulator height will exceed 15 000 mm.Research shows that such high insulators require complex structure with multiple parallel connected insulators,which are unreasonable from product and engineering design points of view.Therefore,synthetic material is the inevitable choice.According to external insulation and mechanical performance requirements of electric porcelain post insulators used in ±800 kV outdoor DC switching yard,feasibility and design of RTV-coated post insulators are analyzed.
