摘要
支柱绝缘子在电网中起到绝缘支撑和固定的作用。运行中的绝缘子可能由于RTV涂料老化脱落等原因导致泄漏电流增大,局部温度过高。以一起支柱绝缘子局部过热为例,通过外观检查、盐密/灰密试验、憎水性试验、自洁性试验、闪络耐压试验等,得出RTV涂料老化与表面脏污是该支柱绝缘子局部过热的主要原因。
Post insulators play the role of insulation support and fixation in power grids.Operating post insulators may encounter leakage current increase and excessively high partial temperature due to the aging and shedding of RTV coating.This paper is the causal analysis of a case of partial overheat of an actual post insulator,which mainly entails tests such as appearance inspection,salt density and ash density test,hydrophobicity test,self-cleaning test,flashover voltage test,and through which the major trigger for the partial overheat can be determined as aging and surface fouling of RTV coating.
