摘要
采用PCR-SSCP结合测序的方法检测了兔FSHβ亚基基因第2外显子的多态性,发现了1个SNPs位点,并对该突变位点进行了克隆及序列测定,位于第2外显子的176位点处碱基突变(A→G),导致苏氨酸向丙氨酸的变化。首次证明了FSHβ亚基基因与母兔产仔数的关系。
PCR-SSCP analysis was commanded on the second exon of rabbit FSHβ gene. One polymorphism site was found,cloned into pMD19-T simple vector and then sequenced. A single nucleotide substitution of A→G was in the 176 site of the FSHβ gene,which could eause the substitution of Thr for Ala at this position. This is the first time that show the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphism of FSHβ gene and litter size in rabbit.
