摘要
家畜的繁殖性状是受多基因控制的,本文综述了现已发现的与家畜多胎性状有关的基因和QTL,如FSH基因、FSH基因、LHR基因、ESR基因、GDF9基因、GDF9B基因和FecB等.通过分析这些基因或QTL位点的作用、遗传方式及基因定位,旨在为利用分子育种技术进行标记辅助选择,培育出高繁殖力家畜品系提供科学依据.
Prolific traits are controlled by many genes such as FSH gene ; FSHR gene ; LHR gene ; GDF9 gene ; GDE9B gene ; FexB gene. These genes or quantitative trait loci were reviewed in aspect of function, genetic pattern and gene loci in this article to provide theory, for breeding by marker assistant select.
