摘要
电子商务评价理论成为近几年电子商务应用领域的前沿问题之一。目前对电子商务的评价指标及评价方法研究有多种视角,而本文主要采用数据包络分析(DEA)与比率分析相结合的新方法来比较行业之间的电子商务绩效差异,兼顾了总体性与局部性的特点,避免了其他评价方法的主观性,从而使评价结果更具参考价值。
The theory of electronic commerce evaluation has recently emerged as a cutting-edge issue in the field of e-commerce application. Indexes and approaches of evaluating e-commerce differ in current scholarship. This study attempts to compare profession-based e-commerce performances by combining DEA with rate analysis. Devoid of the subjectivity of other evaluating approaches, this eombined approach takes into account both parts and the whole, with findings constituting a more valuable point of reference.
