摘要
为进一步了解和掌握副溶血性弧菌噬菌体的生物学特性和血清学关系,作者等从外环境标本分离到的副溶血弧菌噬菌体中,根据裂解试验结果,选出7株进行生物学特性测定和血清学试验。经过电镜形态,平板上噬斑特征观察及热失活、pH稳定性、不同柠檬酸钠浓度等理化因素的影响、血清中和试验和一级生长试验结果,发现不同的噬菌体株特性有所不同。此外,并经血清交叉中和试验,可将7株噬菌体分成7种不同的血清型。
Seven strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus bacteriophages (VPB) which were selected from VPB isolated from sea foods were studied in order to master their biological characteristics and serological relatioship. The characteristics of them were different according to their morphology under electron microscope, one step growth experiment, plaque morphology, heat inactivation, effect by pH, serological neulralization test and effect by different sodium citrate concentration. They could be classified into 7 kinds of serotypes by the serological cross-neutralization test.
