黄芩苷片对缺血性大鼠脑组织中神经营养因子的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察黄芩苷片对缺血性大鼠不同时段脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic fac-tor,BDNF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)、脑组织神经生长因子(nervegrowth factor,NGF)含量的影响,探讨黄芩苷片抗脑缺血损伤的机制。方法:参照Longa法复制脑缺血模型,用黄芩苷片干预,ELISA法测定脑组织BDNF、bFGF、NGF含量。结果:脑缺血12h和24h,黄芩苷片组脑组织BDNF含量均降低、bFGF含量增加;脑缺血12h和24h,模型组脑组织神经营养因子NGF含量反应性增加。结论:黄芩苷片在对脑缺血损伤神经元的保护作用中,能促进星形胶质细胞等产生bFGF。
