钙胁迫对枇杷小苗叶片活性氧代谢及膜系统的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Calcium Stress on Active Oxygen Metabolism and Membrane System in Loquat Seedling Leaves

摘要 枇杷小苗钙营养液沙培试验结果表明:与0.4mmol/L对照处理相比,小苗培养60d时,0.01mmol/L、3.2mmol/L胁迫处理枇杷小苗叶片细胞膜透性增大、MDA含量增加,处理间差异极显著,膜透性和MDA含量显著正相关;O2-净产生速率降低、H2O2含量升高;SOD酶活性下降,CAT、POD酶活性间处于动态平衡状态;Vc和GSH含量下降,其中胁迫处理的GSH含量及0.01mmol/L处理的Vc含量与对照间差异显著.培养至90d时,3处理的叶片细胞膜透性、MDA含量均有所下降,只有0.01mmol/L处理的细胞膜透性与对照间差异极显著;钙胁迫处理小苗叶片O2-净产生速率上升、H2O2含量下降,SOD酶活性增大、CAT酶活性上升(CK处理CAT酶活性略有下降)、POD酶活性下降,GSH和Vc含量有一定增加,处理间差异显著,其中0.01mmol/L处理的Vc含量与对照间差异极显著. Loquat seedlings were grown in sand culture with a nutrient solution containing Ca at 0.01, 3.2 and 0. 4 mmol/L for 60 and 90 days. The results showed that compared with the control (0.4 mmol/L), the plasma membrane (PM) permeability and MDA content of the leaves in treatments of 3.2 mmol/L and 0.01 mmol/L increased after 60 days' culture, the difference between the treatments was highly significant and PM permeability was in a significant positive correlation with MDA content. Net rate of O2^- generation in the leaves decreased, H2O2 content increased, SOD activity decreased and the activity of CAT and POD was in a dynamic equilibrium. The contents of vitamin C (Vc) and glutathione (GSH) dropped, with significant differences between the Ca stress treatments and the control in GSH and between 0.01 mmol/L treatment and the control in Vc content. Determined 90 days after the start of the treatments, PM permeability and MDA of the leaves declined in all the 3 Ca treatments and the difference between the 0. 01 retool/ L treatment and the control in PM permeability was highly significant. In the Ca stress treatments, net rate of O2^- generation in the leaves increased and H2O2 content decreased, the activities of SOD and CAT increased (but CAT activity of the control declined). POD activity declined and the contents of Vc and GSH increased. The treatment of 0.01 mmol/L was highly significantly different from the control in Vc content in their leaves.
