脉搏波速度的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 随着人口老龄化及饮食结构的改变,心脑血管疾病已成为威胁人类健康的主要疾病。早期发现动脉血管的结构和功能的改变,对心脑血管疾病的治疗及预后都具有十分重要的意义。作为评估动脉硬化的一个指标,脉搏波速度(pulse wave velocity,PwV)在临床上的应用日益广泛,我们主要对PwV在心脑血管病、糖尿病及其治疗方面的应用进行综述。
