摘要
目的:观察高血压病患者左室肥厚与脉搏波传导速度(pulse wave velocity PWV)的相关性;方法:入选70例高血压病左室肥厚的患者测定其室间隔厚度(ivs),按其水平分为ivs>1.1cm组和ivs<1.1cm组,并测定两组PWV。结果:ivs>1.1cm组和ivs<1.1cm组比较,前者PWV明显比后者升高,两者达到统计学差异,P<0.05。结论:高血压左室肥厚与PWV存在相关性。
Objective：To explore the correlation between left ventricle myocardial hypertrophy and PWV in the hypertensive case. Method：70 case who had hypertension and left ventricle myocardial hypertrophy were been measured the ivs, then according to the ivs, 70 cases were divided into two groups： one was ivs 〉1. 1cm group, another was ivs 〈 1. 1cm group. AU cases were measured the PWV. Result： the PWV of ivs 〉 1. 1cm group was higher than the ivs 〉 1. 1cm group , Both had marked difference, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion：the left ventricle myocardial hypertrophy correlated to the PWV.
