摘要
通过对高校考试现状的简要分析,看到改革传统考核模式的必要性。根据教学实践的积累,提出改革传统考核模式,采用综合评定学生成绩的有效办法,突出对学生综合素质的培养,调试与人才市场的需求,真正达到以提高学生的实际从业能力为根本出发点和归宿。
Through the analysis on the situation of test in the universities, it can be seen that it is necessary to reform the traditional examination mode. According to own teaching practice, the paper proposed to reform traditional examination mode, use the synthetic evaluation method to evaluate the students＇ achievement, strengthen the training of the students＇ comprehensive quality, and adjust the demand of talent market, in order to enhance the student＇s working ability.
