摘要
积极推进科技兴山,促进山区脱贫致富对我国"五个统筹"战略目标的实现具有重要意义。从我国山区发展现状出发,分析了在新时期我国实施科技兴山战略的必要性,并在此基础上结合我国目前实际,提出了进一步实施科技扶贫方针所需要注意的一些问题和应对措施。
Flourishing mountainous region by science and technology to shake off poverty of mountains area has important significance for realizing the strategic target of Five Plans in China. Based on the status of development of mountain areas, the necessities of implementing the strategy of flourishing mountainous region by science and technology in new era are analyzed, and the problems needing attention and countermeasures in supporting the poor by science and technology are put forward combined with current practical.
