摘要
转移农村剩余劳动力,增加农民收入是解决"三农"问题的重要途径。本文在分析农村剩余劳动力转移的现状、特点、原因及其对农村经济影响的基础上,提出有效转移农村剩余劳动力的对策:大力发展劳务经济,维护农民工的社会保障权益,加快小城镇建设,提高劳动者素质,调整产业结构及建立和完善农村劳动力信息管理与服务系统。
Shifting the countryside surplus labor force, increasing the farmer income is the important way to solute the question of ＂Three agriculture＂.This article in analyzes the countryside surplus labor force shift of the present situation, the characteristic, the reason and its proposes the effective shift countryside surplus labor force countermeasure to the rural economy influence foundation in：vigorously develops the service economy,maintains the agricultural laborer＇s social security right sand interests, speeds up the small cities construction, improves the worker quality, the adjustment industrial structure and establishes and consummates the rural labor force information management and the service system.
