摘要
目的:采用Zeiss IOL-Master测算硅油填充状态下人工晶状体的屈光度数,观察其术后人工晶体度数的准确性。方法:硅油取出联合白内障超声乳化及人工晶状体植入手术的患者38例38只眼。按晶状体混浊程度分为A、B两组,A组22例,晶状体混浊较轻,视力≥0.06,有固视能力,采用IOL-Master测算人工晶状体度数。B组16例,晶状体混浊较重,视力≦0.02,没有固视能力,在硅油填充术前IOL-Master测算的人工晶状体度数。A、B两组术前预期术后屈光度均为-0.5D。两组手术方式均相同。术后同一方法验光。结果:术后验光A组(-0.72±0.41)D,B组(-1.12±0.73)D。t=2.18,P<0.05。结论:硅油眼并发白内障采用Zeiss IOL-Master测算人工晶状体度数不受硅油影响,准确性高。
Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of Zeiss IOL-Master for postoperative intraocular lens refraction in silicone- filled eyes with cataract. Methods: 38 cases (38 eyes)underwent phacoemulsification,intraocular lens implantation com- bined with removal of silicone oil were divided into two groups according to the patient cataract situation.A group of 22 cases,which had the solid vision, light cataract,vision≥0.06. Intraocular lens refraction were calculated directly with IOL-Master in silicone-filled eyes with cataract. B group of 16 cases,which had heavy cataract,vision ≤0.02,had not the solid vision, intraocular lens refraction were calculated before silicone filled. A, B group is expected to predicting refraction of-O.SD. Two operations are the same way. In the same way post operative optometry. Results: Post operative optometry:A group (-0.72±0.41)D,B group (-1.12±0.73)D. t=2.18, P〈0.05. Conclusion:Accuracy of IOL-Master for power calculation of intraocular lens refraction in silicone-filled eyes with cataract is high,which is not affected by silicone.
