摘要 目的:研究玻璃体切割手术以及气体、硅油等眼内填充物对眼的屈光状态改变的影响。方法:使用A型超声和Pentacam三维前房分析仪对我院30例行玻璃体切割手术的患者于手术前和术后2mo分别对眼轴长度、角膜曲率、角膜厚度、前房容量、前房角和前房深度等进行测量。结果:将所有受检者30例31眼进行术前术后的对比,术后比术前房角增大7.97°,眼轴缩短0.49mm;对单纯玻璃体切割手术的23例24眼进行分析,术后比术前眼轴缩短0.51mm;根据眼内填充物的不同进行数据分析:硅油组前房容量术后比术前增大24.83mm3,眼轴长度术后比术前缩短1.92mm。结论:玻璃体切割手术会引起眼轴不同程度的缩短,可能会对前房产生一定的影响,而对角膜曲率、角膜厚度无明显的影响。 AIM: To observe the refractive changes after pars plana vitrectomy with silicone oil and expanding gas instillation. METHODS: Thirty patients (31 eyes) undregone vitrectomy were chosen and the ocular axial length, corneal curvature, corneal thickness, depth and volume of anterior chamber and anterior chamber angle were measured by using oculus Pentacam system and A-mode ultrasonic meter. RESULTS: In all the 31 eyes of 30 patients, the anterior chamber angle increased by 7.97° and axial length decreased by 0.49mm. In 24 eyes of 23 patients who only underwent vitrectomy, the axial length decreased by 0.49mm. According the different substance filled in the eyes, the volume of anterior chamber of silicone oil eyes increased by 24.83mm3 and the ocular axial length decreased by 1.92mm. CONCLUSION: Vitrectomy can cause the decrease of ocular axial length and some change of the anterior chamber. But it does not cause any changes on the cornea.
