摘要
探讨了含锌蛋白酶抑制剂——2-苄基-3-硝基丙酸的生成条件,即2-苄基-3-硝基丙酸甲酯的水解条件和在不同条件下副产物以及产物形成的可能机理.结果表明,以碘化锂作催化剂水解2-苄基-3-硝基丙酸甲酯能以较高的收率得到2-苄基-3-硝基丙酸.
The synthetically conditions of 2-benzyl-3-nitropropionc acid which is the inhibitor of metalloprotein- ase is discussed. The hydrolysis and its mechanism of methyl 2-benzyl-3-nitropropionate in different conditions are investigated. The optimal condition is neutral using lithium iodide in acetate, yield is 97.5%.
