知识创业下生产函数生成机制-创业计划大赛机理分析被引量：1

摘要生产函数生成需要有契约发起人的召唤,契约发起人设计和预见需求并使要素所有者相信未来收益足可以使自己进入取决于披露信息的真实性。在知识资本作为要素短边的环境中,知识拥有有者转变为生产函数的设计者和契约的发起者。创业计划大赛的重要功能是信息披露及由此而形成的要素结合,它可以节约辨识团队能力的信息成本,并产生激励生产函数生成的重要作用。
