摘要
在动态管理模式研究的基础上,将卓越绩效评价准则引入到管理模式中,研究了基于卓越绩效准则的动态管理模式的构成,并对构成该模式的各子系统进行了描述,提出了卓越绩效动态管理模式系统运行效果的监控方式。
In this paper the criteria for performance excellence is applied in the establishment of management pattern of manufacturing firms based on the research of the dynamic management pattern. And then, the structure of the management pattern combined with the criteria for performance excellence is studied and the subsystems of the pattern are also described in this paper. Finally, the paper proposes the method of monitoring the operation effect of the dynamic management system.
