白羽肉鸭免疫重组H5亚型禽流感灭活疫苗后体液抗体和细胞因子水平变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 选取健康无免疫白羽肉鸭160羽分为A、B、C、D、E五组。A组~D组分别免疫0.5mL、0.5mL、0.8mL、1mL重组H5亚型禽流感油乳剂灭活疫苗,E组为非免疫对照组。在39日龄,B组1mL剂量进行二免。免疫后,每隔5d用血凝抑制试验和酶联免疫吸附测定分别监测体液抗体和细胞因子(r-IFN、IL-2、IL-4和IL-8)浓度水平。结果表明,A、B、C、D各组试验鸭在疫苗免疫后体液抗体和细胞因子均出现增长并呈一定相关性,E组无增长趋势。 160 white feather ducks without immunity were chosen and disparted to five teams: A, B, C, D and E. Recombinant avian influenza Oil-Emulsion inactivated vaccine of AIV-H5N1 was immunized by 0.5 mL, 0.5 mL, 0.8 mL and 1 mL from team A to team D,team E was non-immune control.Secondary immunization was used in team B with 1 mL dose in 39 day old.After immunity, humoral antibody and cytokine (r-IFN, IL-2, IL-4 and IL-8) level was detected by HI and ELISA every 5 days.Results showed that after immunity the humoral antibody and cytokine level of the duck in team A, B, C and D were increased and some correlation was exist, there was no increase in team E.
