摘要 本文介绍了在计算机操作系统的教学中采用分组教学法的体验。授课教师在全面剖析操作系统设计原理的同时,注重培养学生的动手实践能力、沟通能力、协作能力和团队精神,并把传统的学习变成调动学生积极性,自主学习的"快乐之旅",通过课堂教学实践正面回答了在高职教学中抓好课堂教学的重要性及分组方式对课堂教学的有效性。分组教学这一小改革引发了教学的"本源性回归",即最大限度地启发调动学生的学习自主性。这一学习方式的变化触发了多维度的问题。教师专业发展和全面发展遵循着"经验+反思=教师成长的规律"。点评者从多个维度探讨了有关课堂教学的问题,这里面包括教育的目的性、教学的有效性、学习的自主性、管理的复杂性、课堂的实境性、教师的发展性诸方面。 The paper introduces the experience of group teaching in the computer operating system,which emphasizes not only the complete analyse of the designing principle of operating system,but the cultivation of the students' competency in practice,communication,cooperation and as well as the team spirit to turn the traditional learning into an active,autonomic and happy learning journey.In addition,the paper positively answers the significance of classroom teaching and the validity of grouping methods to classroom teaching.Group teaching initiates the teaching origin regression,i.e.the life characteristic of teaching,which furthest enlights and arouses the learning independence of the students.The change of the learning method triggers the problems of multi-dimension.The specialty and comprehensive development of teaching staff follows the principle of "Experience plus Reflection equals Teacher's Development".The commentator discusses the problems of classroom teaching from a multi-dimension,which involves the education purpose,teaching validity,independent learning,management complexity,real situations of classrooms and the teachers development.
