摘要
重点研究了方向耦合器的模场分布特性.给出方向耦合器的结构模型,用有限元方法进行数值求解,得到耦合器的奇模场和偶模场的分布特征;同时也得到功率分配沿波导长度的变化曲线和耦合长度随着不同波导中心间隔的变化情况.
The distributing characteristic of the directional coupler is studied. First, the configuration model of the directional coupler is given, and the finite element method is used to solve equation. The optical field of odd mode and even mode is acquired; and the power distribution curve and the change of the couple length along with the center interval of waveguide are acquired.
