摘要 基于RSOFT软件对几种集成光通信器件进行了模拟研究,有二等分光功率器件、三等分光功率器件、波分复用器件、光子晶体分束器件等,模拟结果较好,该设计工作为开发集成光通信器件提供了有益的参考. This paper makes a simulated research on the integrated apparatus of the optical commuciaction based on RSOFT, including the halving apparatus, the trisecting apparatus, the arrayed waveguide grating, photon crystal fiber, and has gained good result. The designing work provides the useful information for the development of the apparatus of the optical commuciaction.
