摘要
提出了一个无源滤波器的优化设计方案。对某轮胎公司的GK255型密炼机工作一周期产生不同的严重谐波和低功率因数现象,应用遗传算法和传统设计方法设计出无源滤波器组,在满足设计要求的基础上,以初期投资最小和滤波效果最佳为优化目标,使方案更为经济合理。通过对滤波器的工作特性的仿真研究,验证了该设计方法的可行性和正确性。
An optimization scheme of passive power filter(PPF) was proposed. Aiming at the phenomena of different harmonic and low power factor in one period produced by GK255 mixer of certain tire company, PPF group was designed by genetic algorithm and conventional design scheme. Based on meeting the design requirements, minimum initial investment and best filter effect as target, this scheme was more economic and reasonable. By simulating and researching the working characteristics of PPF, this scheme was proved to be effective and correct.
