摘要
提出了一种工程用铝电解整流变压器第三绕组无源滤波设计方法。首先对电网、变压器进行等效变换,得到电解铝供电的等效模型,其次,考虑变压器阻抗、电容器的工程参数及厂家要求,以安装容量最小为目标函数,通过Matlab仿真软件进行寻优计算,得到满足IEEE std519-1992谐波标准及无功补偿要求的铝电解无源滤波方案参数。通过算例计算结果,证明本方法可行。
A new approach for passive filter design of the third winding of rectiformer used in aluminum electrolysis project is proposed in this paper.First,the grid and the transformer are subjected to equivalent conversion and the equivalent model of power supply for aluminum electrolysis is obtained.Then,taking into account impedance of transformer,capacitors engineering parameters,and the manufacturer's requirement,the minimum installed capacity is taken as the objective function.The optimization calculation are carried out by using Matlab simulation software,and the aluminum electrolysis passive filter optimization design parameters are obtained,which meet IEEE std 519-1992 on harmonic standard and reactive compensation requirement.The calculation results of example show that the proposal is feasible.
