摘要
国家语委正在酝酿开展新一轮全国语言普查,以便更好地掌握、保护和发展中国的语言资源。新形势下开展新一轮语言全面普查不仅可行而且必要,因为它具有多方面的科学意义,即增强国民语言资源意识、促进语言新和谐的社会意义,特定的语言生态和生态文明建设意义,特殊的文化语言学和人类语言学意义,丰富和发展语言类型学研究成果的学科意义,推动和促进汉语传播与发展、配合国家和平崛起战略的历史意义。
Linguists have repeatedly advocated the new round of China＇ s universal language investigation in order to protect and develop language resources of our country. It is not only feasible but also necessary, and this is because it has multi-dimensional scientific siguificances, namely strengthening the national consciousness of sources, ing and promoting the new harmony of languages, construction of language developing the products of linguistic typology research, language reecology and ecology civilization, enrichpromoting the spread and development of Chinese and realizing the strategy of our nation＇ s peaceful thriving, and the specific significance in cultural linguistics and anthropological linguistics.
