摘要
原有的DCS系统经过多年使用,已老化落后,不能满足新的要求。因此,需要对重整加氢装置进行扩容改造,重新构建控制系统,包括DCS和ESD系统。要求此设计技术先进、功能齐全、组态便捷、界面友好、结构合理。经过技术对比和商务招标,最终选择了横河公司的CS3000作为DCS,TR ICON的TS-3000作为ESD。最新版本的CS3000系统优点突出,其功能实现简便高效,很好地满足了设计的需求。整个控制系统的体系结构和工程组态科学,对现代企业引进控制系统具有指导和借鉴意义。
As the old DCS can't meet the requirements,it is necessary to enlargeg the retrofitting the reforming hydrogenation plant and re-establish control systems, including DCS and ESD systems. The systems are requested of advanced in technology, rich in functions, ease configuration, with user-friendly interface, and reasonable structure. Through inter-comparison of technologies, and financial tendering, Yokogawa CS3000 DCS and Tricon TS-3000 EDS have been selected finally. The latest version of CS3000 is outstanding for realizing functions easily and effectively ; it well meets the design intention. The architecture of the control system and engineering configuration are ingenious and scientific ; these experiences are worth to be shared in introducing control systems for modem enterprises.
