摘要
通过对催化裂化装置生产过程自动控制仪表现状的研究,提出了采用CENTUMCS3000集散控制系统做为催化裂化装置控制的核心设备。分析了该系统的特点和软硬件的设计思想,并针对该装置典型回路的控制方案,详细介绍了软件组态设计方案及实施效果。该系统的应用,确保了装置的安、稳、优运行,给企业带来了可观的经济和技术效益。
Through research on the current status of process automation control instrumentation in production of FCC unit, it is proposed that using CENTUM CS3000 DCS system as main control device in FCCU. The features of the system and the design concept for hardware and software of the system are analyzed. In accordance with the typical loop control scheme, the software configuration design strategy and implementing effects are introduced in detail. The application of the DCS system ensures that the unit runs in safe, stable and efficient manner. That brings about significant economic and technical benefits for the enterprise.
