摘要 纤维形态影响液体在非织造结构中的扩散,对于在相同生产工艺下(干法梳理成网、交叉铺网和针刺固网)生产出来的5种非织造材料进行了吸湿行为的研究比较,并提出了质量吸湿率、饱和时间和液体装载率等一些重要的参数对材料的吸湿性能进行评估,考查纤维直径和粗细混纺对这些参数的影响.结果表明,纤维直径以及粗细混纺对非织造材料的吸湿性能具有很大影响. A study on the influence of fiber morphology on liquid diffusion within nonwoven materials is presented. The fiber diameter is particularly focused. A comparison between nonwoven products manufactured with the same drylaid/cross-lap/needlepunching process is proposed. Specific liquid diffusion parameters (such as absorption capacity, saturation time and liquid filling ratio) related to absorption ability and kinetics are selected, investigated and discussed. The results show that the influence of the fiber diameter and blends is significant.
