摘要
通过衍生化反应,建立了用荧光光度法测定安非拉酮的新方法,并对影响荧光强度的衍生体系、反应条件、产物稳定性等进行了研究.实验确定丙二酸和乙酸酐混合试剂与安非拉酮在80℃水浴下加热15min,所得产物的最大激发峰波长λex=405.4nm,发射峰波长λem=451.5nm在上述波长下测得荧光强度与安非拉酮浓度在5.1×10-8~1.5×10-6mol·L-1范围内成线性关系.检出限为1.3×10-9mol·L-1.用于片剂中安非拉酮的测定,回收率在93.5%~104.4%之间,结果良好.
A sensitive derivative fluorescence method is developed for determination of amferpramon. The mixed anhydride system (MAA) is as derivative. The MAA system is simple to prepare and fluorogenic reaction is completed for 15min at 80℃. The product has highly fluorescence at the excitation and emission being 405.4 and 451.5 nm, respectively. The linear calibration is 5.1×10-8~1.5×10-6 mol·L-1 with the detection limit of 1.3×10-9 mol·L-1.The method is applied to the determination of amferpramon in sample.
