摘要
合成以-OH封端的不饱和聚酯树脂与含有-NCO基的聚氨脂预聚物,并以此交联制备高光泽、高丰满度的双组分室温固化、高装饰性涂料.通过对不饱和聚酯的分子设计,控制涂层的整体的性能.利用-OH和-NCO的逐步加成聚合反应不受空气中氧气阻聚的特点,获得良好的涂层表面硬度及表干性.对整个固化体系做了初步的研究.
This paper presents the preparation of two component coating which is synthesized by unsaturated polyester resin end blocked by hydroxy and prepolyurethane end blocked by isocyanate. It is a fine decorative coating with high lustre, high fullness and can cure at ambient temperature. Molecule structure of unsaturated polyester is designed to control the whole properties of the coating. The step reation between hydroxy and isocyanate is not retarded by oxygen in the air, and the coating has good surface hardness. The cross linking system is also discussed.
