摘要
本文用半缩聚法合成双环戊二烯型不饱和聚酯树脂。研究结果表明，合成反应的最佳工艺条件为总酸酐丙二醇ＤＣＰＤ＝１１．１０．１０～０．１５；加成温度为１２０～１４０℃；加成反应时系统酸值为１２０～１４０ｍｇＫＯＨ／ｇ；加成反应时间为２小时。
DCPD type unsaturated polyester resin prepared by using semi condensation polymerization method is proposed. The results show that the optimal conditions of synthesis reaction are as follows: the total anhydride/propylene glycal/DCPD ratio is 1∶1.1∶0.10～0.15, temperature of addition reactions is 120～140℃, acid value of system is 120～140 mgKOH/g when dropping DCPD and time of addition reaction is about 2h.
