摘要
巷道帷幕预注浆,可控制与掘进巷道有水力联系的出水点掘进前、掘进中或滞后突水灾害,实现初次防水,在巷道壁后设置刚柔性密封层,可获得永久防水的效果。研究中根据岩土有效应力作用原理,建立突水点的力学模型,分析了动水压力和岩体接触压力间的本构关系,发现了巷道帷幕预注浆过程是有效应力逐渐增加和孔隙水压力逐渐降低,而最终实现动平衡的过程。注浆过程中当有效应力与总应力达到平衡后获得初次堵水效果。巷道壁后设置刚柔性密封层,具有增强提高有效应力减少孔隙水压力的作用,达到永久防水效果,为掘巷和永久堵水提供了理论依据。监测与应用结果表明,初次防水和永久防水理论为掘巷防水提供了有效的途径。
The primary waterproof can be realized by curtain pre-grouting of roadway, which will control the water burst before, during or after the driving from the water exit points that have hydraulic relation with the driving roadway. The permanent waterproof can be achieved by setting a rigid-flexible sealing layer behind the roadway wall. A mechanical model for water burst points is established based on the effective stress action principle of rock and soil, and the constitutive relation between hydrodynamic pressure and contact pressure of rock and soil is analyzed. It is found that the curtain pre-grouting process is one where the effective stress gradually increases while the pore water pressure gradually decreases to finally achieve a dynamic balance. When the effective stress and the gross stress reach a balance in grouting, the primary waterproof effect can be achieved. The lining of rigid-flexible sealing behind the roadway wall can increase the effective stress and reduce the pore water pressure so as to achieve a long-term waterproof effect. This provides a theoretical basis for permanent water blockage in tunneling. The monitoring and application results show that the theory of primary and permanent waterproof has provided an effective way for the waterproof in tunneling.
