摘要
极软岩巷道具有持续塑性变形破坏的特征,单一支护方式难以控制。锚注支护是具有锚杆支护与注浆加固作用的一种联合支护方式,可以改变围岩力学参数,提高围岩强度,是一种主动支护方法。根据锚注机理,建立围岩锚注计算的力学模型。依据围岩流变特征,选择耦合的流变模型,以分析锚注支护对具有流变特性持续变形围岩支护的控制作用。经理论分析、计算和工程应用表明,锚注支护对控制极软岩巷道持续变形破坏具有显著的技术、经济效果。
It is difficult to control the deformation of the extremely soft rock roadway which has the character of continuous plastic deformation by using the single supporting mode. Bolting and grouting support is a combined supporting mode where rockbolting supporting with grouting strengthening, and is also an active supporting way that can change mechanical parameters and improve the strength of surrounding rocks. According to the bolting-grouting mechanism, the mechanic model of bolting-grouting calculation was established. According to rheologic characters of surrounding rocks, coupling rheologic model was selected to analyze the effect of bolting-grouting support in controlling deformation of the surrounding rocks with rheological characteristics. After theoretical analysis, calculation and engineering application, the results showed that bolting-grouting support has remarkable technical and economic benefits in control of continuous deformation in extremely soft rock roadway.
