摘要 本工作旨在利用剩余活性污泥中的蛋白质资源开发钢铁酸洗缓蚀剂。研究了活性污泥发酵后不同提取工艺条件对水解产物缓蚀性能的影响,利用电化学方法研究了水解产物及复配剂的缓蚀性能。结果表明:活性污泥发酵后干重有机物含量为66.60%,在温度为90℃、水解时间15~20 h、酸度调节到1~2,有机物提取率可达65.2%,所得纯生物提取液缓蚀率为85%,适当复配缓蚀率可达90%以上。 The aim of the present work was getting biologic inhibitor from waste activated sludge.The effects of extraction technology of waste activated sludge on its inhibition properties were systematically studied.The inhibition mechanism of hydrolyzed products and complex inhibitors was investigated by electrochemical polarization method.The results showned that the organic content of waste activated sludge was 66.60%,and the extraction rate of organic matter was 62.5%.when the temperature was 90 ℃,hydrolyzing time was 15 to 20 hours and pH was 1 to 2.The inhibiting efficiency of extracted liquid reached 85 %,and could be above 94% if it was mixed with chemical additive.
