摘要
调节级动叶运行工况恶劣,其承受复杂的激振力,为了调开共振,必须对其频率进行准确的把握。调节级动叶结构复杂,其频率采用常规方法计算及试验均存在较大难度。本文采用有限元方法对某采用轴向插入双T型叶根的成组调节级动叶频率进行了计算,准确模拟调节级动叶片实际工作状态,提高了计算精度,计算结果满足工程设计要求,为调节级的设计和优化改进提供了一种可靠的手段。
Governing stage blade usually runs in deteriorated conditions with complex exciting force. In order to avoid resonance, it's necessary to know its frequency accurately. Due to the complexity of its structure, so, it is difficult to apply conventional calculation and test methods. In this paper, the grouped governing stage blades, which adopt double^T root with axial installation, has been calculated with the finite-element method. The calculation can accurately simulate the actual working condition, improve the accuracy of the calculation and the results meet the design requirements, which gives us some means for design and optimization of governing stage blade.
