摘要
目的探讨大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤(cerebral ischemia reperfusion,CIR)大脑皮质、纹状体神经元的形态学变化及川芎嗪对其影响。方法参考Bannister′s方法复制大鼠脑缺血再灌注动物模型,利用川芎嗪治疗;在光、电镜下观察了皮质水肿及神经元的超微结构变化。结果治疗组与模型组相比,大脑皮质和纹状体的血管周围、神经细胞周围水肿带厚度有显著差异(P<0.05),模型组可见神经元凋亡,治疗组凋亡减少。结论川芎嗪对脑缺血再灌注神经元有明显保护作用。
Objective To indentify the Neurons ulstructure and protective effects of ligustrazine in rat cerebral cortex, corpus striatum after cerebral ischemia reperfusion. Methods Bannister's experimental method was used to construct the rat model. The changes of neuron ulstructure were observed by microscope and transmission electron microscope . Results Compared with model group, the gap of blood vessels and neurons in arounding cerebral cortex and corpus striatum were significantly decreased in treat- ment group. Neuronal cell apoptosis was significantly reduced. Conclusion Ligustrazine has significant protective effect on mem- brane structure in CIR.
