树脂糖苷-大环内酯类化合物的结构解析研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的树脂糖苷类化合物是一类结构复杂新颖的化合物,总结其化学结构特点有利于结构解析。方法树脂糖苷类化合物由寡糖链与长链脂肪酸组成大环,小分子脂肪酸取代在糖链上,由于结构变化多样,解析困难大,通过总结文献报道的以simonic acid B为母核的树脂糖苷类化合物的波谱学特征。结果归纳了以simonic acid B为母核的树脂糖苷类化合物的内酯环取代位置,当小分子脂肪酸取代在糖链上时端基糖信号的波谱学特征。结论根据总结的以simonic acidB为母核的树脂糖苷类化合物的波谱学特征,可以快速确定此类型树脂糖苷类化合物结构。 Objective Resin glycoside - macrolide compounds had novel structures, which were hard to elucidate. The characteristics of resin glycosides structure were summarized, which was good to decide structure quickly. Methods Resin glycoside composed with oligosaceharides, long - chain fatty acid, and micromoleeule fatty acids. The structures of resin glycosides were complex and difficult to elucidate. The NMR characteristics and the sites of constituents of resin glycosides with the core of simonic acid B were summarized base on references. Results The sites of constituents and the 1 H, 13C -NMR of oligosaccharides characteristics were summed up. Conclusion The characteristics can elucidate the structures quickly, which the core was simonic acid B.
