钎焊金刚石钎料适应性的研究

摘要 基于金刚石钎焊关键问题,论述了颗粒状和膜状金刚石钎焊的工艺特点,分析了不同钎料在金刚石钎焊过程中的优缺点.结实验果表明:Ni-Cr合金适于钎焊金刚石磨料,可用于制作单层金刚石工具;Ag-Cu-Ti适于钎焊金刚石膜,可用于制作金刚石刀具等. Based on the research of key problems in diamond brazing, technology feature about diamond in pellets and in films is discussed. The filler's advantages in diamond brazing is analyzed, the result shows: Ni- Cr is fit for brazing diamond abrasive, which could be used to make diamond instruments; Ag-Cu-Ti is fit for brazing diamond film, which could be used to make diamond cutting tools.
